Eurovision Song Contest 2017: First Semi Final

So the biggest party in Europe has officially kicked off and is edging closer to crowning this yea’rs winner of the largest music competition in the world. After some controversial decisions being made this year, about Russia not participating due to Ukranian laws, it was unclear whether the contest would be the same, but it seems like no one has noticed.

With the first semi finals over and done with, this is who qualified through to the finals and will be joining The UK, Spain, Germany, France, Ukraine and Italy.

The first semi-final will be hosted live on Tuesday, 9th May.
The second semi-final will be hosted live on Thursday, 11th May.
The grand final will be hosted live on Saturday, 13th May.
